All our items are properly packaged and secured to ensure they arrive with you safely and in perfect condition. We will post within 3-5 working days, sooner if we can. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we can Prioritise delivery for you. Tracking is included and  will enable you to follow your parcel at each stage of delivery.

Overseas buyers are responsible for any Import Customs Dues/Liabilities/Documents in their home country.  Vintage Teacup Company is not liable for packages delayed by customs. All shipments include a local telephone consignee telephone number.  Import taxes are not collected by Vintage Teacup Company. It is the buyer’s responsibility to liase with customs in their own country.  Any goods not claimed or refused should be returned to Vintage Teacup Company. Once received and inspected and confirmed to be in a fit condition for resale the buyer will receive a refund less any associated fees incurred by Vintage Teacup Company in said sale, said fees incorporating shipping costs/restocking/transaction fees and damages.
