返金ポリシー
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged we would ask that you contact us and attach a picture of the damaged item together with the packaging in order that we can make an insurance claim with the Carrier. If you feel that your item has been misrepresented and/or not as described, if we agree, we can accept a return and offer an exchange or store credit or refund subject to our Terms & Conditions. We cannot refund postage costs. If we agree to accept a return for any other reason a minimum restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your original payment. You must repackage in the original packaging and return to us using a recorded trackable fully insured mail service within 7 days from receiving your item. We reserve the right to issue a replacement if available or shop credit note to the value of your purchase. Any returned item is thoroughly inspected and assessed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that any returned item reaches us in the original condition and that said item is fit for purpose and can be made immediately available for resale. You must contact us before returning any item. Where your item forms part of a set we reserve the right to replace/refund on a pro rata basis. Lost items: Where an item is undelivered by our carrier and deemed “missing” ie, the carrier has failed to deliver, we will initiate a claim with said carrier on your behalf supplying all supporting documentary evidence. If a returned item from the buyer to the seller (Vintage Teacup Company) it is the buyer’s responsibility to pursue a claim with their chosen carrier. Any claim settled by our carrier on behalf of the buyer will be refunded through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed and shipped. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a minimum £5.00 charge will be applied to cover non-reclaimable payment provider transaction fees.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
Layaway Payment Policy: Layaway agreements must be agreed between the Buyer & the Seller. All payments made under our layaway plan are non-refundable. By enrolling in our layaway program, you acknowledge and agree that if you cancel the plan or fail to complete the required payments, no refunds will be issued, and all amounts paid to date will be retained by the Vintage Teacup Company as a non-refundable deposit.
