A beautifully detailed 19th‑century blue‑and‑white transferware covered dish by Charles Meigh & Son, Hanley, Staffordshire (c.1835–1860). Decorated in a crisp cobalt landscape scene with classical buildings, figures, and a central monument, typical of early Victorian Romantic patterns.

Made in durable ironstone and marked with the royal coat of arms (lion and unicorn), a hallmark of Meigh’s mid‑century production. The dish retains its original matching lid and displays well as a decorative piece or functional tableware.
