RETURNS, DAMAGES & REFUNDS

Damaged Items
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the item and its packaging. This is required for us to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

Misdescribed Items
If you believe an item has been significantly misdescribed, please contact us. Where agreed, we will accept a return and offer a refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Returns
All return requests must be authorised by us in advance. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must:

  • Be securely repackaged in the original packaging
  • Be sent using a tracked and fully insured service
  • Arrive in the same condition as sent

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition.

Change of Mind Returns
If we agree to accept a return for any reason other than damage or misdescription, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted.

Postage Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 working days.

Replacements & Store Credit
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement (if available) or store credit.

Sets & Partial Returns
Where items are sold as part of a set, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or replacement on a pro rata basis.

Lost or Missing Items
If an item is lost in transit to you, we will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

If you are returning an item, you are responsible for the shipment until it is received by us. Any claims for lost or damaged return parcels must be made with your chosen carrier.

Any compensation received from the carrier will be refunded via the original payment method.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display items accurately. However:

  • Colours may vary due to screen settings
  • Images may not be to scale

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check all dimensions provided.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

Approved cancellations are subject to a minimum £5.00 fee to cover non-recoverable payment processing costs.


LAYAWAY POLICY

Layaway agreements must be agreed in advance.

All payments made under a layaway plan are non-refundable. If the plan is cancelled or not completed, all payments made will be retained as a non-refundable deposit.
